David W. Richardson, 86 of West Liberty, passed away Thursday Feb 21, 2013. He was born October 30, 1926 the son of J. and Blanche (Cooksey) Richardson. He was preceeded in death by his wife Bertha (Bradley) Richardson in 2011. David was a retired supervisor from Siemens; and also the retired superintendent of Highland Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law Gary and (Minnetta) Richardson, E. Carroll Richardson; brothers Tom, Donald, Lee and J. Jr., Richardson; sister Eileen Crouch; grandchildren include David E. Richardson, Kathryn N. Smith, Courtney Marie Brownlee, Suzanne M. Lafferty, Kristi Warren and Erick Grimes; 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday March 2, 2013 at Jennings Farley Funeral Home 5591 US Rt 68 S. West Liberty, Ohio. Visitation will be 4 pm -7 pm Friday March 1, 2013. Burial will be in Highland Memorial Cemetery. A luncheon reception will follow in the funeral home Cafe reception area.

We've shared a lot good times and laughs. I'll always remember the "jig" that Dave danced when he rolled a strike! Praying for God's comfort for the family.
